Survey Tools
The principals of Zupt have been involved in the development of inertial based survey tools for the past 13 years; with a combined experience of over 60 years in the various sectors served. Zupt was formed to put together this expertise and provide state of the art platforms for the provision of these services. We only focus on applications where significant gains in overall production, and hence reduction in job costs, can be achieved through the use of this technology.

When implemented correctly, inertial technologies intelligently combined with conventional survey techniques offer many advantages for overall productivity gain in a wide range of survey and positioning services. The main hesitance in the uptake of this technology has been the price, complexity and availability of a “complete solution”. Zupt allows our clients to cut through these issues and employ a fully competent company that delivers significant gains in production to their operations.
Field Deployment
Zupt offers for sale and rent, portable land survey instruments using inertial technology to operate in all environments. Since fall 2008 our new C-PINS™ product is available for the Marine Construction field operations. A new D-PINS™ system is also available for the Dynamic Positioning industry.
